I wish I wasn’t so fixated on death. My mind deserves a break from constantly agonizing over my eventual demise. Worrying about it has no sway on whether or not its going to happen. It will. And I just need to accept that.
But I can’t. At least, not fully.
The unknown terrifies me like nothing else. I mean, I have anxiety, what else would you expect?
“Living in the moment” has never been my strong suit, despite my many attempts at mindful meditation.
I’m stuck circling the same cycles in my mind. And I’m tired.
